Simulator Leagues & Winter Activities

Loudon Country Club is excited to keep the game going all winter long! Our indoor simulator is ready for league play, tournaments, and fun weekly games. All leagues and tournaments are open to both members and non-members.

Weekly Pro Shop Games (Open to All)

The simulator will be ready for play starting November 1, 2025. Throughout November, we’ll be running weekly Pro Shop games where players can compete for Pro Shop credit. This is open to everyone, members and non-members, and is a great way to sharpen your game before league season begins.

Winter Simulator League

(Open to All)

Start Date: December 3, 2025
Length: 14 weeks of regular season play + 1 week of playoffs (15 weeks total)
League Fee: $60 per player
Payouts: Weekly prizes plus a final winners’ payout at the end of the season
Simulator Rental (per hour, not per player):
- Monday–Friday, Open–1:00 PM: $40/hour
- Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–Close: $50/hour
- Weekends: $50/hour

Futures League

For women beginner golfers who have completed the Futures program
Format: Stroke play on beginner-friendly courses

Young Bucks League (Men 65+)

Fridays, 9:00–11:00 AM (possible 2nd group on Wednesdays)
Format: Weekly rotating games and courses
Fee: $40 + simulator rental fees

Golden Gals League (Ladies 65+)

Tuesdays, 9:00–11:00 AM (possible 2nd group on Thursdays)
Format: Scramble with rotating courses
Fee: $40 + simulator rental fees

Winter Simulator Tournaments

(Open to All)

November 1–30: Net Stableford Tournament

Course: Links at Casa de Campo
Rules: 3-foot gimmies, light wind, intermediate pins
Entry Fee: $20 + simulator fee

December 1–31: 2-Man Best Ball

Course: Bethpage Black
Divisions: Gross & Net champions
Entry Fee: $20 + simulator fee

January 1–31: 4-Person Scramble

Course: Whistling Straits
Format: Gross only
Entry Fee: $10 + simulator fee

February 1–28: Club Championship – Stroke Play

Course: Pebble Beach
Format: 18 holes, stroke play
Entry Fee: $20 + simulator fee

Simulator Rental Fees

Simulator rental is charged per hour, not per player.

Monday–Friday, Open–1:00 PM: $40/hour
Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–Close: $50/hour
Weekends: $50/hour
